Biographical Info

This is the oldest tae kwon do school in the lakes area, it started in 1993 where I began as a student and later an instructor. Our goal is to train the body and mind.  Our motto is “be humble and kind”.

We are open Tuesdays and Thursdays for classes and have specialty classes on Mondays and Tuesdays.
