- Wheelchairs kept in the Brass Lantern restaurant are for use throughout the center. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis. (Automatic handicap doors available at main entrance doors on the west side.)

- Lost and Found: JCPenneys, Herbergers and the mall management office each have lost and found departments.
- Postal Kiosk by JCPenney's
- Baby strollers and a baby changing station are available.
- MALL HOURS: Monday-Friday 10-9, Saturday 10-6, Sunday 11-5. The common areas (hallways) are open at 7 a.m. Monday through Saturday and at 9 a.m. on Sunday for mall walkers.
- Viking Plaza Gift Certificates are available in the management office (across from Salon Maintain). Redeemable at all stores and restaurants in Viking Plaza.
